ISDN update for Washington State

  US West tries again in Washington State to raise the local residential

  USWC has refiled the ISDN tariff proposal with an effective date of April
  25, 1996. The Commission will consider the filing at the agenda meeting of
  April 24th. The refiled tariff has not changed from the March filing.
  Please feel free to post this info as I had earlier indicated that
  consideration of the filing would occur at the April 10th meeting. Thanks.
