USGS asks pub;ic's help in ID malformed amphibians

  i see in ncamp's new _technical bulletin_ (p.7) that usgs has a toll free #
  (800-238-9801) and a web site (www.npsc.nbs.gov/narcam) to report sightings
  of normal or malformed amphibians (frogs, toads, salamanders).  (possible
  causes of declining populations and malformations: u.-v/O3 depletion,
  habitat loss, parasites/other disease, anthropogenic chemicals incl.
  pesticides, ...).
