Moderator? Not needed. New List name? Yes

  	This list needs no moderator.  It has been informative
  	and always close to an appraisal of MS and the
  	problems of monopoly, bundling, alternatives, 
  	activism, etc.  It needs to use "Appraisal of MS" in
  	its title, vice "Multiple recipients of list".
