ISDN in Switzerland

  I am doing research with respect to the viability of setting up switched long distance telephone services in Switzerland.
  
  Can anyone help me with the following:
  
  1. Mailing lists, News groups, www sites relating to technical aspects such ISDN standards, Telecom insider knowledge.
  2. Regulatory information especially in view of the deregulation in Europe in 1998
  3. Coordinates of competitors or consulting companies active in this area.
