Re: ISDN Rate Increase In Alabama

       BellSouth's proposed tariff on MegaLink ISDN in Alabama clearly
  states the introduction of a flat-rate option to this private-line
  service, in contrast to Mr. Lesher's assertion that the company proposes
  to offer "volume usage" pricing.

  The mystery deepens.
  
  Bell South cannot locate Ms. Phillips in their internal phone
  directory. [Remember, this is a _phone company_...]
  
  Their ISDN order desk has no knowledge of new tariffs.
  
  The exec. office refuse to talk about the tariff, claiming it has
  not been filed!
