Did YOU just get a GigiBuck phone bill??

  If you have Bell Atlantic ISDN service, you might be a little
  amazed when you get your bill. 
  
  Seems as if, at least in some places, Bell Awful started charging
  intra-LATA toll rates for any & all local calls. That's roughly
  20 cents per minute, days.
  
  This first showed up on/about 25 June, but to date it
  continues...
  
  If you have gotten such, The Washington Post telecom reporter,
  Mr. Mike Mills, would be interested in hearing from you. His
  number is 202 334 6460.  But if you don't want to pay by the
  minute, you better use a POTS phone to call him ;-}
