I guess Microsoft calls it: Bandwidth Allocation Control Protocol (BACP).
Is this a common industry term? it is very briefly defined on the MS
Web page as:
Bandwidth Allocation Control Protocol (BACP)
The set of rules that manage bandwidth over PPP dynamic
multilink connections.
