Yesterday's ISDN Workshop

  Scott's kind words on the workshop are appreciated.  We hope to have some 
  notes up by next week.  Scott's slides are a very good start on this, and 
  his and Mark Cooper's presentation on the first panel were very helpful 
  and well received.
  
  There were several interesting short presentations about things in 
  various states, including Gabriel Garcia's update on events in Texas.  Ed 
  Andrews from the NYT attended the event, and may write a story about the 
  state fights over ISDN pricing.  jamie
