  I wanted to point out that a number of state commissioners and consumer
  advocates attended the workshop that Jamie organized during the NARUC
  meetings in Washington yesterday.  This was notable given the fact that a
  schedule change placed us up against the chief of the FCC's common carrier
  bureau -- who was quite a draw for our audience.
  
  On a related note, I have placed a web page at

  information on ISDN as well as fairly extensive links to federal and state
  government documents, court decisions, and other materials.
