  Several Fact Sheets from the National Sludge Alliance and Jim Bynum of the
  Laredo Safety Institute are now available on our web page at
  http://www.essential.org/cchw.  They have a lot of useful information on
  sludge regulations and present good arguments as to why sludge should not
  be used as fertilizer or spread on farmland.
