They also may be interested in the reading the oligopsony allegations in the
DoJ's recent complaint and CIS in the Pru/Aetna merger.

He might have a good monopsony argument. Woods Exploration and other
cases hold that, even if there will be no effect on final price to
consumers, if the merger will result in subcompetitive prices paid to
suppliers, it should be enjoined. A rare occurance, but if the facts fit,
it is a good argument.
