  Has anyone else seen reports of public television stations wanting to
  introduce "pay per barney view" utilizing the extra bandwidth allocated to
  provide pay per channel services, or commercial leased offerings for the
  five or six extra channels the bandwidth provides?  Whatever happened to
  HDTV?...or does hd stand for something other than high definition?  Be
  creative.  Last month's Netizen in wired addressed the bandwidth giveaway
  but even that fell short of the massiveness of the giveaway.  SCREAM AND
  SHOUT!!
