  Thank you, Beth.   You're right there is a lot of interesting
  material wayyyy back upstream, and I hope the DOJ checks
  it out.
  Speaking of the DOJ, did anyone hear the talk Joel Klein
  was scheduled to give to the American Enterprise Institute
  in November?
