Tell me if I'm crazy.

  For all of you with Windows95 R2 and Netscape 4.02... I've been going to
  www.microsoft.com
  
  and hitting reload... every fifth or six time, Netscape crashes. I try
  the same thing at www.netscape.com and this does not occur. Can someone
  verify this? Perhaps the some employee of Microsoft would like to notify
  his bosses that this is irritating and juvenile? (if it can be
  demonstrated) Perhaps my OS is just flaky today. (After all, it is
  windows)
