       That $1 million a day isn't etched in stone ya know.  In contempt
  cases the fine can change to whatever the judge feels is enough to
  coerce compliance...in other words if the judge feels M$ can pay the
  million without any sweat so it's not going to change anything there's
  nothing stopping him/her from raising it to a billion.
