An Interesting report

  It's been very quiet on this list lately (summer slump?).
  Portions of the report cited below are relevant to the
  subject dear to our hearts.  
  
  The report raises the curious possiblitiy that patients who
  communicate with their providers electronically, may be better
  protected legally than face-to-face customers.
