ISDN users knocking each other off pm

  Has anyone experienced this?
  
  We have a Livingston PM with a Livingston 5 BRI modem card. When a user is
  established (64K) and another user tries to login on the same spid, the
  first user is 'knocked off'. The connection becomes unstable and
  disconnects. We have upgraded the com os. We could add some more RAM, but
  that never drops below 80K. We are in the process of getting a hunt group
  setup, but of course still no word on when that will be complete. I just
  contacted USWest and they said something about 'ACR'??
