Ratio of Lines to Subscribers



  In several state regulatory commission meetings, Bell Atlantic, PacBell, 
  Nynex, US West and others are saying that people don't hang up on calls 
  to ISPs.  While most ISP's don't have much data on the number of hours 
  per month per customer, there must be some data on number of lines per 
  customer.  This kind of information is quite helpful.....  Can any ISP 
  share with us, publicly or confidentially, two numbers...?
  
    1.  How many subscribers
    2.  How many dial in lines
