Smoking gun in CA

  Which is why my cellular provider, Bell Atlantic/NYNEX Mobile, inserted an
  obscure sentence at the end of my multipage bill announcing that "peak" usage
  would extend to 8 pm weekdays instead of 7 pm, effective March 25.  I wonder
  how many people were surprised by that?
