    Hmmmm,  please help me with this trivia....  I was told that when the 
  Bells faced competition from the PBX operators, they wanted to price ISDN 
  centrex very close to POTS.  This is a business service, mostly used 
  during peak hours....  Apparently BA was telling its regulators that the 
  monthly costs of usage for the ISDN centrex lines were very low, some say 
  less than a dollar per month in some studies.
  
      What to you make of this? jamie
