  Actually, Northworst Airlines came to mind. For eons, NWA was run by
  a CEO whose attitude was "If those ^&(&%^(* don't like it, tough
  cookies..." & would not talk with them. Thus NWA's strikes were long
  & ugly; and in those days of ""mutual aid"" those cost-free/wage
  free quarters were NW's most profitable!
  
  But as for names... Where do Michael Valone of NyNex & Curt Keoppen
  of BA sit in the pecking order?
