     I guess that BA and GTE have pretty good public relations firms.  Are 
  the editors at PC Week totally asleep?  Did they mention the below $35 
  flat rate tariffs Arkansas, Tennesse, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, and 
  Michigan?   BA is planing to offer a lower flat rate tariff, in response 
  to the hammering they are taking, but I haven't seen it yet.
