According to a note I received, the Austin tariff for SBC is:

State & Local Tax 5.09
Total Bill 69.61
I'm wondering, why are the FCC line charges so high? Some companies
report 3.50, some 5.90, some 6.00, and now here in Texas, 11.70. What gives?
