dioxin inventory for Japan?

	The new Japanese paper on emissions from autos by Miyabara
(Chemosphere 39:143-150, 1999) has an estimated total emissions of
PCDD/PCDF in Japan of 5 kg I-TEQ/yr.  For this figure they reference: M.
Hiraoka. Abstract of the Kyoto conference on dioxin problem of MSW
incineration,1991,1-9.
	Does anyone know anything about this or subsequent inventories?
