Michael,
Might I ask a question about TRI? I live in a small town in northern Arizona, when I looked at the TRI data I didn't see anything for my small town. Yet each year the air quality gets worse and worse, partly because of the Grandfather Clauses allowing individuals to park their polluting Diesel Trucks in the middle of residential area, spraying their solvents all over their construction equipment... Then their is the increased traffic of tourist but there isn't much that can be done about the latter. Is there anything to do about these grandfather clause folks to stop their polluting of the small town residential areas. It seems to me that even though they have been here a long time they shouldn't be able to poison the neighbors with their environmental pollutants. It is horrible when someone on the next block starts up a diesel semi and you have to go in the house to get away from the poisonous air. We've called the city but they said there was nothing that they could do because of the "grandfather clause".
Thanks in advance,
