Need Info on History of Dioxin RFD at EPA

the Chemical Weapons Working Group, Sierra Club, and Vietnam Veterans of
America Foundation in the legal battle to shut down the chemical weapons
incinerators at Tooele Utah.)

We need any and all evidence indicating that EPA has ever, since its
inception, established a Reference Dose (no matter how briefly) for any
of the Dioxin compounds.

We need to be able to completely identify any relevant documents by
date, originating office, and status (draft, preliminary or final
guidance).

Information about documents available online, or the location of hard
copy archives,  may be sent as a reply to this message
