Metered Banwidth Monopolies

  James Love has made some good points on metered bandwidth. While
  slightly off topic from Microsoft, it's a thoughtful warning about the
  dangers of global consolidation of networks. Which brings us back to the
  topic of appraising Microsoft. Would MSN meter access, given the chance?
