  Mitch:  I gotta tell ya', I had a completely different experience with
  Dell this past summer.  Needed to get a big honkin' PC for a customer.
  Called Dell.  No problem with OS/2 pre-load, no problem with nuthin'
  except the fact my customer decided after the fact that they wanted
  IBM... (An add'l U.S. $1000!)
