When you had competitors criticizing you, it was just sour grapes from
losers.
When you had a partner criticizing you, it was, "Where's the beef?
You're making money, aren't you?"
When academics criticize you, "what do they know about the software
industry?"

Hey Microsoft, is there anyone, outside of Microsoft, fit to judge
Microsoft?
