Work as a Technical Evangelist with influential University faculty and textbook authors in support of their use of Microsoft technologies. This is primarily Windows NT and Microsoft Visual Tools with future work regarding Microsoft object technologies. |

| RESPONSIBILITIES |
| |
Establishing and maintaining working relationships with key University faculty and textbook authors; acting as a liaison between the NT and Visual Tools development teams and these clients; evangelizing Microsoft technologies and positioning to authors and curriculum development faculty. Presenting Microsoft technologies and solutions to technical audiences; providing technical assistance to the academic community at large. Additional responsibilities include championing the needs and requirements of University faculty (for instructional and research areas) to our product teams and supporting influential faculty and authors with BETA software to ensure they are current with Microsoft technologies and directions. |
| QUALIFICATIONS |
| |
Qualifications include strong individual and group communication skills; ability to travel, and strong technical skills. A BS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, a solid background in Win32 development (applications & systems) and NT OS; development team experience preferred. |
