  Your subscription to the Taxpayer Assets Project e-mail distribution 
  list, TAP-Resources, has been cancelled.  If you wish to continue 
  receiving TAP-Resources posts, please read and follow the instructions 
  below EXACTLY.  The subscription processor is automated.  A single typo 
  can cause your request to be "bounced" back to you without being 
  processed.
  
  Purges like this are a normal part of maintaining an e-mail list.  It is 
  done to clear the listprocessor's subscriber file of old addresses which 
  are no longer valid.  All current subscribers are encouraged to 
  resubscribe.  I apologize for this inconvenience, but it is necessary.

    function, do NOT use it.  Resubscribe by composing a new message just 
    as you would to send e-mail to someone from whom you had never 
    received an e-mail message.
  
  2.  Send an e-mail message to listproc@essential.org
  
      Leave the subject line blank
  
      In the body, the main part of the message, put ONLY the following, 
    making the appropriate substitutions for your name:
    subscribe tap-resources Yourfirstname Yourlastname
  
  3.  If you receive an error message from the listprocessor, please re-
    read these instructions and try at least one more time.  Carefully 
    check to be sure that you have not misspelled any words in your 
    subscription request.  A single error will cause your request to be 
    rejected without being processed.  If after many attempts you cannot 
    resubscribe, send e-mail including your complete first and last name 
    to aclark@essential.org
  
  4.  If your request is successful, you will receive a message from the 
    listprocessor confirming that your request was successfully processed.
    KEEP this confirmation message.  It contains your list password and 
    other important information about how to use the listprocessor.
