Court rules on motions in West/Thomson Merger

  Judge Friedman's office just read me over the telephone an order in
  the West/Thomson case.  
  
  The motion of Lexis-Nexis to intervene is denied.
  The motion of Lexis-Nexis to be an amicus is granted, and Lexis-Nexis
    is given permission to partipate in Monday hearing
  Motion of Hyperlaw to be amicus is approved, but Hyperlaw cannot 
    participate in hearing
  Motion of Taxpayer Assets Project, CD-Law and Versus Law to be amicus is
    denied.
  
  There will be no live testimony at hearing.
