  Yes, I was just speaking with a West rep on another matter and was told 
  they were informed early this a.m.  Did not have details on $$ but Tomson 
  Legal Publishing will be moving HQ to MN.  Supposedly Thomson also 
  purchased Counsel Connect as well (unless that was already done.. we 
  don't have it).
