WEST/THOMSON Sale, TAP/DOJ meeting

  Today the Justice Department agreed to a meeting with TAP and others 
  about concerns that the WEST/THOMSON sale will present anticompetitive 
  problems.  If you are interested in attending this meeting, or want to 
  provide us with letters, analysis or comments on the merger, please let
