Gingrich Aide to Schatz Paquin...(West Law Firm)

  According to the Hill paper, Feb 7, 1996, Annette Thompson Meeks, who was
  a special assistant and director of administration for Speaker Newt
  Gingrich, will be the Deputy Director of Public Affairs in the Washington
  federal government relations office of Schatz, Paquin, Lockridge, Grindal
  & Holstein, best known to readers of this list as the firm once headed by
  Vance Opperman (and which currently represents West Publishing on a wide
  range of issues).  Ms Meeks also worked for Rep. Vin Weber and served as
  finance director for the Minn state republican party.
