  President Clinton has nominated William Twaddell to be Ambassador to
  Nigeria. Twaddell joined the Foreign Service in 1969 and has been the
  Ambassador to Liberia and Mauritania and served in Mali, Guinea Bisau,
  Namibia and Mosambique. 
  Mr. Clinton announced his choice in Houston, Texas on Friday and remains
  subject to Senate approval.
  Does anyone have a clue to Twaddell's human rights record?
