  In an effort to pressure multi-national corporations doing business and
  supporting the dictatorship in Nigeria, we have published the
  environmental laws of Nigeria on the Internet, at:

  effort, which was published in the Journal of Commerce (5/5/97) is
  available at <http://www.law.pace.edu/env/rjgoped.html>.
  We are looking for support for this effort, which will be directed at
  corporations exploiting natural resources anywhere people are oppressed.
