  Shell-Nigeria recipients:
  I just heard through the grapevine that Shell is planning on funding a
  documentary. Shell's "Greatest Moments Towards the Millenium" or some
  such title, currently has put out a request for proposals from
  production teams, with plans to air the program on PBS.
  I have no exact verification of the show, but it would seem likely as a
  public relations tool in light of the enormous amount of negative
  attention and public education that has taken place highighting Shell's
  behavior.
