EU must investigate Microsoft, says court

        BRUSSELS (Reuters) - A European court on Thursday
        said the European Commission was wrong to dismiss a
        French software wholesaler's complaint against Microsoft,
        possibly opening a new regulatory battle for the U.S. giant.
