    TACD discussion of WTO e-commerce agenda 

          December 1, 1999, from 2 to 5 pm
             Renaissance Madison Hotel
          515 Madison Street, Seattle, WA 

The location will be the the Madison Room, which is in the 4th floor in
the Madison Hotel. 

The topics covered will include, but not be limited to: 

     TRIPS and Software and business practices patents 
     GATS and domestic regulation of privacy and consumer protection 
     WTO rules regarding Internet tariffs 
     WTO Work Program on E-Commerce 
     Electronic signatures 
     ICANN

WTO creditials will apparently be required to attend the meeting. For
