Judge Jackson's use of Middleware and APIs in findings of fact

I did a little content analysis of Judge Jackson's November 5, 1999 findings of fact, to see how often he used the words Middleware and API, to get a sense of the emphasis
on interoperability issues.

       Middleware

       42 times

Application Programing Interface (API)

       122 times

I give the Judge points for focusing considerable attention on the issues that are related to software programs working together, and doing a good job of flushing out the
important issues.
