This article is a few weeks old, but interesting.  

Is "interior linking" of web pages a violation of intellectual
property rights?  It might be a good idea for groups like
TACD or UPD to adopt resolutions supporting the rights of persons
to link to other web pages.  Here is an article from Salon
on this topic:
