>From Caldera
[snip]
The next hearing in Caldera vs. Microsoft is scheduled to take place in
Salt Lake City tomorrow, Tuesday, June 29. The hearing will address two
more of Caldera's allegations that Microsoft behaved anti-competitively
in its relationships with DR-DOS:
- Technical Ties (Microsoft tied MS-DOS and WIN 3.1 to
create Windows 95)
- Beta Black List (Microsoft denied DR-DOS developers
access to a WIN 3.1 beta when other competitors were provided
with the same beta software)
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time before U.S.
District Judge Dee Benson, who will oversee the jury trial scheduled for
January 17, 2000, in Salt Lake City.
