NYT Board now has 3 persons from pharmaceutical industry

Who runs the New York Times? The board of directors does.
This is the current list of NYT board members. It now includes
three persons from the pharmaceutical industry, including

- Richard Gelb, the Chairman Emeritus of Bristol
Myers Squibb, who is chair of the very important
compensation committee, and also a member of the
   finance and nominating committee.

- Raul Cesan, the CEO of Schering-Plough, and

- Henry Schacht, a Director of Johnson and Johnson.

Both Cesan and Schacht are new to the board this year. Has
anyone noticed the new pharmaceutical industry advertising
suppliments in the New York Times Magazine?
