changing blind MS ccs to: Random-bits@essentia.org
Re: Random-bits@essential.org
If you received this message, you have been receiving blind cc's that I have
been sending to a handful of Microsoft junkies. I have had requests to change
this so it is managed by regular list software, which offers certain advantages,
such as searchable archives of messages
(http://lists.essential.org/random-bits/), and could be available to a wider
audience. I don't intend to change anything else in terms of content, it should
remain basically the same in terms of volume and content, with perhaps a bit
more diversity of subjects. I'm calling the "list" random-bits. It is just
odds and ends that I find interesting. It is not and will not be a discussion
group (I manage about a dozen of those already, and can't read all the mail
myself).
If you want to bail out, send a lot to listproc@essential.org with the note in
the body of the message that says:
unsub random-bits
If this doesn't work write me and I'll fix it manually.
