It's an interesting case, most notably because Nesson was perhaps
audaciously pursuing a fair use argument (and some were querulous of his
taking that tack) up until about 2am yesterday morning, when the judge
announced that that argument would not be allowed. I guess I'm mostly
encouraging moral support -- I guess spreading the word and sending
supportive comments to the legal team would be the main thing.
Joel has not denied doing the deeds in question.
