The IRT proposes to set up:
An IP Clearing House
Whatever it is they are planning to do,
I expect that term is a bad description of it.
Is it supposed to clear copyrights, patents, publicity rights,
plant variety monopolies, and all the other legal privileges
that some call "intellectual property"? Or is it
only for trademarks?
