The conclusion is vague, and doesn't specifically endorse nasty things
like PRO-IP.  But the assumptions are the same ones that Leahy stated
for supporting that.  I am sure the vagueness is calculated to enable
people to see in it what they want to see.

    hmmm. who is writing his technology platform points and how do we get to 
    them, now.

If we manage to talk with them, we should keep in mind that the people
who actually decide are thinking about how to win the election, not
about what's just or what's right.  To influence them, we would have
to present arguments that they will win the election if they listen.
