Richard, where have I used the term "intellectual property"?  I agree 
that it's a questionable term.  Others, however, like Maria Agnese 
Giraudo, choose to use it, and others are as of yet unaware that the 
term is problematic.  I suggested using the term "regulation of 
competition" to consider copyright law, patent law, terms of service, 
even trademarks in terms of what they have in common - they all reign in 
extreme forms of competition.  Andrius
