Richard (and all),

I would be delighted if you might write a one-page critique of some 
questionable practice that you would like to see debated at our 
workshop. http://www.ethicalpublicdomain.org  We would read your 
critique and that would be a starting point for one of our debates.  I 
would also appreciate greatly if the writing you contribute is in the 
Public Domain.

I am encouraging vigor in identifying the obstacles to a vibrant Public 
Domain.  The European Union has established the COMMUNIA network to 
advise on the best policy for a vibrant Public Domain and so we have a 
wonderful opportunity to shape the logic of our world.  What we need now 
are some brave voices!  and they can be from any country.

I hope you might help us speak up with your example!
